By using a dedicated recording device, users can capture voice during sessions, and the system then generates standardized, customized client records accessible through PCs or smartphones. It also analyzes past conversations and visit history to automatically generate follow-up messages via LINE or email, helping increase customer retention.
The service was developed in response to feedback from professionals who spent over 50 hours monthly on handwritten records. Manual documentation often led to inconsistency and errors, making it difficult to personalize services or manage staff handovers. Speria solved this with a combination of speech recognition and CRM tools, ensuring efficient, high-quality documentation tailored to each business.
In trial deployments, the service reduced administrative time significantly and boosted repeat customer rates by 20%.
