Medicalforce Inc. has announced the release of "Keiei Kanri Pro," a new feature within its all-in-one clinic SaaS platform "medicalforce," in May 2025. The feature allows clinics to visualize key business metrics such as revenue forecasts, revisit rates, and resource utilization rates. "medicalforce" offers a comprehensive suite of services for private practice, plastic surgery, and dermatology clinics, including appointment management, accounting optimization, LINE integration, and optimized booking functions.

The new functionality addresses prior limitations by enabling detailed, customizable data analysis, helping clinics improve operations and increase revenue. "Keiei Kanri Pro" enables revenue analysis and cross-tabulation from reservation data, patient data, and financial information, providing the ability to build customized dashboards tailored to clinic-specific needs.

Clinics can analyze metrics such as room, equipment, and staff utilization rates, counseling conversion rates and unit prices, revisit rates and lifetime value by procedure, as well as monthly revenue forecasts. These insights support data-driven decision making for clinic management.
